Shipping & delivery
Everything you buy from The Melons' Studio is collected in person at the studio in Lucknow. We don't ship orders, so there are no delivery charges, couriers, or shipping times to worry about.
Collection, not shipping
Shop orders are held for you to pick up at the studio — we don't deliver or post anything. Once your order is ready you'll get a confirmation, and you can collect it during our opening hours. Bring your order reference (in the email and on your account) so we can find it quickly.
When your order is ready
Most shop items are ready to collect straight away. If something needs preparing, we'll let you know when it's ready before you make the trip.
Workshops, day passes & memberships
These are experiences and access to the studio, so nothing is shipped. Your booking confirmation is your proof — just turn up at the studio at the booked time.
Didn't collect in time?
If you can't collect an order, get in touch and we'll sort it out. Anything you're owed follows our cancellations & refunds policy.
