How do I book a desk or the studio?
Head to the Book page, pick your hours or a full-day pass, and pay online. Your spot is held the moment payment confirms — usually within seconds.
What are Melon Points and how do they work?
You earn Melon Points on everything — day passes, workshops, and shop purchases. Points stack up automatically and can be redeemed for money off future bookings and orders.
Do I need to be a member to join a workshop?
No. Anyone can book a workshop seat, member or not. Members simply earn points at a higher rate on every booking.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, within the window set out in our cancellation and refund policy. Refunds are returned as Melon Points you can spend on your next visit. See the Cancellations & refunds page for the details.
